Well I've began to get my life back together, "picking up the pieces" of a broken me. I've had some tough times the past 6 months, been heartbreaking and traumatic and painful, and numbing. Now I'm finally able to get back on track, I've started working out again, I've been to the gym everyday this week, Mon, Tues, wed, Thurs. I was sure on Monday that i was only going to be able to do max of 10 min on the elliptical and then be to worn out to do anymore....well 10 minutes goes by like a breeze, and i ended up doing 33 minutes and 2 miles, then Tues i did 40 min and 2.4 miles, wed i had a doc appointment and other things going on but still managed to get to the gym and had time to do 30 min and 1.6 miles, Thurs was the best, i was able to do 60 min 3.6 miles, i have never been able to do that much without taking breaks in between i was so proud of myself, and not one single day was i to sore or anything, i felt good, i did water aerobics/swimming after each workout and moved in the pool the entire time tried to be in the pool for 40 min to an hour each day, the day i had the doc appointment i was only able to do 20 min, but still moved my butt off in the pool. Then after all that working out Monday and Thursday i still had energy to go grocery shopping and parked further away for that extra walk, and on Monday even ran back to my car, me running wow, that was really amazing, I'm going to have to start going to the park with my step son and we can run around the park together and my hubby will be left behind, poor babe he gets all upset when we leave him behind, so we try to slow down for him and then he'll cheat and take shortcuts....he's so bad. The food is still a little bit of an issue, not eating as bad as i was when i was going through severe depression though so that's good, just eating a few to many high calorie snacks, i really have a weakness for peanut butter and chocolate, I don't eat any chewy or hard candies those hurt me alot, no skittles, lolly pops, star burst, twizzlers everything like that hurts inside my stomach, so i stay away from that stuff which is really good, but unfortunately chocolate goes down without a problem, but i try not to keep it in my house, the problem is i spend a lot of time at my mother in laws and she really loves her candy, so she's got a cookie jar type of thing filled with mini candy bars, i usually try to stay away but when I'm there the entire day they start calling my name, especially the Reece's cups, most of the other stuff i can avoid most of the time, but like i said peanut butter and chocolate are my weakness.
Well I've lost 4 pounds this week so I'm very happy, I can't wait to get into our new house, I'm going to make a healthy menu plan each week and hopefully follow it. Plus I'll be making more of a routine schedule for my day to day activities including working out. I have an elliptical at home and wii fit and tons of videos so some days i can work out at home and some days I'll go to the gym and right now is the best going to the gym cause they have an indoor pool which i love, its a bit of a drive about 40 minutes away or so, but its worth it for that indoor pool and plus when i go to the gym i try to "kill 2 or 3 birds with 1 stone" so I'll go to the gym and then go to a grocery store that's only in that area, Aldis for example they have some really good prices but the one around my gym is the closest to us, and also going to the movies or the mall after working out is great too the mall is like across the street from my gym so its perfect, some days i get dropped off at my mother in laws and we do a whole day together which I'm going to start adding the gym into our routine. I can have my hubby drop me off at the gym and my mother in law can meet me there, and we can workout together or go swimming together, and then we usually have a nice day out where we go to the movies and lunch sometimes with other friends too which is nice, and then we just hang for a while and Tues and wed we have ham radio get together and wed pot luck at church, oh pot luck at church is going to be my cheat day cause they always have such good food, and i bring dessert typically since i live kinda far its hard to bring hot food, so i figure if i see a really neat dessert recipe that i want to try but i don't want to end up with so much at my house for us to eat its perfect to make it for the potluck and then i can only have a small amount and the rest gets eaten up for the most part, so far I've had enough to save for my stepson for Fridays which he likes.
Well that's all i have for now, I'm going to try to start writing in this blog again on a regular basis.
This blog is about my life, about me, about my family and about my journey to have a baby and adopt, and My gastric sleeve journey, and hoping to include recipes, and menu plans, and other projects that i'm going to take on.

Weigh in and Measurements November 1, 2011
Note: Just Copied over the same Stats as last month cause i haven't lost any weight, well like 1 pound or something, it fluctuates between 270 and 274.
November 1, 2011
Weight: 273
Measurements
Waist: 52
Hips: 57
Breasts: 50
Ankle: 10
Wrist: 7 1/2
Thigh: 29
Neck: 16
Upper Arms:

Dress: 2X-3X
Pant: 2X-3X
Jeans 26
Skirt: 2X-3X
Shirt: 2X-3X
18-24
Note: I have
been on a major stall for the past few monthes, my weight fluctuates a few
pounds up or down, but its basically staying around 273 for now, I really need
to get my butt into gear and shape up, I’ve been working out almost every day
at least for 30 minutes or sometimes more, they said at the support group
meeting that we need to work out 60 to 90 minutes at least for weight loss, so
that pretty much sucks, my body doesn’t want to work out that long right now, I
can probably manage an hour but I spread it throughout the day, I do intervals
of working out 10-15 minutes at a time several times a day, either doing my
elliptical which I try to do at least 3 miles a day on or do other exercises
off exercise videos from hulu. My eating
habits aren’t that great though, I haven’t managed to get down to the 3 meals a
day the surgeon wants me to be on. Plus I
still indulge in things I really shouldn’t be indulging in. I’m trying to do better, I’ve been drinking a
lot more water then I was, I don’t think I was getting enough liquids in, and
all I was drinking was wylers light its like crystal light but cheaper and
tastes a little better….but I quit that stuff and now just drinking water with
the occational cup of coolaide made with splenda, trying to take out other
artificial sweeteners and just using splenda.
I have a ton more energy, I can actually run some, not very far but
still its an awesome feeling to be able to run, I can walk around our park without
being out of breath or in severe pain, I tried it back when I was 366 and oh my
god I could barely make it around the thing and my back was killing me, now I can
run around a portion and walk and switch back and forth between walking and running
and feel fine, no pains at all, and not out of breath, its so nice.

I hate My weight being stalled
Uggg, well I'm in a stall right now, apparently its normal, and i happen to be right at that point when most people have stalls, so yea, its not fun, especially since i was hoping to be 250 by my birthday which is November 23, doesn't look like that will happen, and now its that time of the month so I'm all bloated and the scale is not my friend during my time of the month. I've been working out almost every day, doing the elliptical, and this past weekend my husband, stepson, and I went walking at the park, i actually ran some, it was an amazing feeling to be able to run, of course didn't get that far, but went way father then i thought i would have been able to go, it was really something. I set a goal for myself this month to go 45 miles on my elliptical, i don't think I'm going to make it though, because there were a few days i had to take breaks because i overdid it, increased the resistance and that made me really sore, so yea I'm just going to keep the resistance low, and try for more time or going faster, I don't have pains that way, luckily though it seems Tylenol helps with the aches and pains, before surgery when i weighed 366 Tylenol didn't do anything for me, and now it works really well.
Food issues are still there even after surgery, even after having a really small stomach, you still get cravings, you still want to eat bad things, and for some there lucky and the bad things give them problems and that keeps them away, but for me, i don't know I just seem to not have that many problems with food, I've only thrown up twice since surgery, neither was fun, I don't remember what i ate the first time, but i do remember it felt like it was stuck and it was really dry and i felt like i was choking and having to pull it out of my throat, it was awful. The second time I puked was a bout of dumping syndrome, the only time I've had dumping syndrome so far, and let me tell you this, it is no fun at all, oh my god it was so painful, i overdid it with sweets that day, i tried one of those new ice cream bars, uggg i can't think of the name but there like just a chocolate covered ice cream bar, but its pretty big, and i was stupid and ate one, and well i suffered big time, i went to bed and after a while my entire body started hurting and i started getting really bad cramps and went to the bathroom and sat there for a while and um well this may be a little graphic but yea i had explosive diareah, and then after that i decided to wait a little while before laying back down so i got on the computer for a few and took a few sips tiny sips of something to drink and oh my gosh, that sent pain throughout and i had to rush to the bathroom and starting puking my guts up like 4-5 times, it was awful, not fun at all, that was a very bad experience but other then that i haven't really had any problems with any foods, at least nothing to severe, if i eat a little to much i get pain, the pain level depends on how many bites to much, or if i drank right after, now sometimes i do drink after cause certain foods just leave a yucky feeling in my mouth so i try to just take a small sip, but if i take to big of a drink right after eating then that will hurt. I seem to gurgle with salads, a lot of people in my support group complain about chicken, i have no problems with chicken, but then again when i make chicken i always boil it or cook it in the oven in a pan full of water so like boiling it in the oven, and then i usually use chicken in casseroles or something so its got soft ingredients to go down well, i guess they mostly complain saying its to dry so it feels stuck, so maybe i don't have that problem with chicken cause my chicken is usually not dry, hmmm, I did have a problem with steak in the beginning, it made me a bit nauseated, probably didn't chew it enough or something but steak is kinda hard to chew down to apple sauce texture, so we just don't have steak that often or i cook it in a way that it will come out nice and tender to chew easily, i also try to get the leaner looking cuts, and as for ground meat i typically only use ground turkey, so red meat we eat maybe once a week or so, we usually have ground turkey and chicken breast, only use boneless skinless chicken breasts. Bread and tortillas go down ok if i don't have to much, otherwise it does cause some discomfort or pain if i have to much, i get a 45 calorie bread, and keep it in the freezer cause 1 loaf will usually last a few weeks, we try not to have bread that often, and as for tortillas i found this whole wheat carb balance tortillas that's 80 calories, which is the best flour tortillas I've found most are over 100 calories, also found these flat breads that are like 2 circles connected those are about 90 calories so if you only eat 1 of the halves its only about 45 cal and its actually pretty good, can use it as a pizza crust or to make a grilled sand which or whatever, another good bread is lavash bread, a huge piece of this stuff is only 50 calories, i usually cut it into 4 servings so its only about 15 calories per piece, and it can be used as a base for a pizza, or a sand which, or a taco, or a wrap, and it taste really good too. Some other good products are Walden farms products which are all 0 calories, some of them don't taste that great, and some of them are really good, just don't expect it to taste exactly like its full calorie ed counterpart, that's the problem a lot of people seem to expect it to taste exactly the same and just throw it out cause its not like the full caloried version, well of course its not, its a 0 calorie alternative. I think the chocolate sauce tastes good, it taste better then the sugar free calorieed versions of chocolate sauce, and the syrup taste good, its not as thick as regular syrup but still gives you the flavor you need without the calories. Oh and if your going to test taste the stuff, please don't just try it on a spoon or anything cause yea it doesn't taste that great by itself, add it to what you would eat it on to give it a taste test, oh the peanut spread does not taste like peanut butter but you can always mix some of it up with a little regular peanut butter for less calories and still have the peanut butter flavor. Torani Sugar free Syrups are great too, they're 0 calories and you can add them to drinks, or shakes or puddings or yogurt or whatever, you can bake with them to give things flavor without all the added calories. I took the Walden farms pancake syrup and mixed some with one of the flavored torani syrups and heated it in the microwave and it was a really good addition on top of a low calorie french toast (made with 1 slice 45 cal bread and 1 egg and a tsp of butter or Pam spray) or a cottage cheese pancake. Talking about french toast i remember making these as after school snacks when i was a kid, never did them low cal and certainly didn't only eat 1, I'd use regular white bread and lots of butter, and eat about 5-6 of them loaded with pancake syrup, my main after school meals were either french toast, a box of macaroni (because if i opened it i had to eat the entire box or i got yelled at for wasting food) or an entire can of ranch style beans or a can of tuna, or eggs, or a combination of the above. All throughout elementary, junior high and high school i did not get breakfast or lunch, i ate after school the above mentioned foods and then i ate at dinner time. My stomach would rumble all day at school it was so embarrassing, people would look around to try to figure out who was making the noises. When i got to college i went on a diet, I stopped drinking sodas, cut out sweets, and only ate once a day instead of after school and dinner time, and i lost 80 pounds in like 3 months, I can't wait till i get back down to my lowest weight, it was 250, when i was 18 years old, can't wait to go even lower then that, but right now my goal is 250 and I'm about 21 pounds or so away, oh and yea i know eating only once a day wasn't the healthiest diet but living with my parents and having no money of my own there really wasn't any other alternative, they never really kept stocked groceries in the house...i remember so many times either living off of sandwich's or rice and beans or hamburger helper.

Support Group Meeting
Well I went to my support group meeting Wednesday, hadn't been in 2 months since i was out of town for 1 of those months and extremely depressed for the other month, didn't want to go anywhere or do anything. I'm doing a lot better now. The support group was nice, I found out that my stall is normal, I'm right on Que for when people end up stalling, but it looks like its starting to go back down, and I've been working out everyday just about, I really enjoy doing the elliptical, just sometimes i need a take a break cause my knees get to sore, but it seems Tylenol really helps with the pain, which is nice. Well this meeting they had us all introduce ourselves and tell a little about ourselves, i got so nervous and i was towards the end so i had to wait that entire time thinking about what i was going to say and getting all nervous uggg, i hate that feeling, i never liked to talk in school either. Well when they got to me i said my name and what surgery i had and when i had surgery and how much i lost and the best part when i said how much i lost everyone was like wow and cool, and stuff so i thought that was the best part of it, i also mentioned that i use the elliptical everyday and i use myfitnesspal to track food and exercise. I ended up scoring 8 blouses and 7 bottoms and 1 dress from the meeting, i love that we can trade clothes there, it makes it a lot cheaper then having to go buy new clothes every time your size changes, everything looks nice and new and is name brand stuff, so I'm really happy, I also took a bag of clothes that doesn't fit me anymore so someone else will be able to use those. They also had these ladies that make healthy meals for you, but they have extremely expensive prices, so I'd rather just cook at home, about 6-9 dollars per meal, so crazy expensive, they had samples, their food was pretty good, but no way do we have that kind of money. They also gave us two sample meals which was cool, we ended up having those for dinner last night, the grilled zucchini was really good, not a fan of the squash though, they were both chicken dishes, one came with a little BBQ sauce that was pretty spicy and the other came with this white sauce that tasted like cucumbers, we ended up splitting both meals so we could both try each others, and the funny part is i liked the one my husband chose better and he liked the one i chose better, so I'm really glad i decided to split them both.

Down 80 Pounds and Feeling Great.....But Sugar Cravings are NO fun
Well I've lost 80 pounds, I'm at 286, and I can go shopping at so many different stores now its really awesome, i love to shop. I've been doing good at the gym, going from being able to only do 30 seconds on the elliptical to now doing 16 and a half minutes (1 mile) on the elliptical, is really amazing. I can't wait till i can do more, I would like to take some of the classes my gym has to offer, but i know i'm not in enough shape right now, there's just no way i would be able to keep up. When i get to 250 or so I'm going to get a couple of personal trainer sessions at my gym so i can know how to kick up my workouts a notch.
Food issues are still really hard for me, i hate it, i wish i had some of the problems with food that i hear alot of people have, but i have no problems with anything really, salad makes me gurgle a bit though, and i think popcorn gives me a weird feeling, but i have never puked, or had anything come back up, not to mention its really hard to get down to just the 3 meals a day that my surgeon wants me on, and at my support group meeting yesterday the dietician said you should have 3 meals a day plus 2 snacks, and i know your suppose to listen to your surgeons guidelines, but i wonder if the 2 snacks would help. I seem to be fine when i'm busy, i don't think about food or anything, but if i'm home not doing anything like today, it seems to be all thats on my mind, and yes of course i did bad already and its only noon, i did good this morning, i had a 250 calorie breakfast or so, mostly protein, but then after a while i started thinking of the icecream in the freezer, and i kept telling myself no i don't need it no don't get it, ugggg, and then of course i ended up getting some, banana pudding ice cream....I hate this I feel bad about it now, I know i shouldn't have had it, but its like i didn't have any control....I know i shouldn't keep that stuff in my house, i should just get rid of it, and usually I'm good at not keeping the bad stuff in my house, but lately i have just been craving sweets something feirce. The simple sugar free pudding cups or sugar free popsicles aren't covering the sweet cravings right now. I'm thinking about going through my pantry and maybe donating some of the unopened stuff that we shouldn't have to the battered womens shelter down the street i'm sure they could use that stuff way more then i could.

Falling Apart and Don't know what to do
I think I've been Sabotaging myself, ever since i got into the low 300's and now to the high 200's I've been stressing out really bad, and getting depressed and worried, and it's a time i should be happy and celebrating. But what it means is I'm getting closer to that point when we're going to start trying for a baby, the big giant reason for this surgery after all, and all i can remember are the several years we tried with no success and the depression that followed, and the emptiness, and the feeling of loss even though there wasn't a loss, because there was never a pregnancy. I know it's only been 2 months so we still have at the very least 10 more months before we can start trying, but with me dropping the weight like this it just feels more real, and I started to worry about when that time comes and what if......what if we still can't get pregnant, what if i finally do get pregnant and i miscarry, what if i never get pregnant, what if there's something else wrong with me. I know it's early on to already be stressing about these things, but i was in so much pain when we were trying before and I really hate to be in all that pain again. It just hurt so much, it took a big giant emotional toll on me.

6 Week follow up and missed the support group meeting
Well today was my 6 week follow up and they said I'm doing great, that i had pretty high weight loss compared to most of their patients for the first 6 weeks, so that's pretty cool.
Oh tonight was suppose to be the monthly support group meeting, but unfortunately we had to skip it, because well we would have been stuck in Plano all day which is about an hour and a half away from where we live, its where my surgeon is and where the support group meeting is. We went to lunch and then afterwards went to the mall to try to kill some time, had about 6 hours to kill till the support group meeting. Well we tried to buy a bottle of water and they denied our debit card, and we're like what the hell, and we called the bank and found out we only had like 3 dollars or something in the bank, when last night i had checked and we had a little over 100, so we decided it was best to skip the support group meeting cause it would have put us at getting home after 10 pm and we couldn't have gone all day like that with no food or water, so we came home and checked our bank account and it was because of a bill i paid 2 weeks ago finally decided to take itself out, so that sucked really bad, we're paying that bill from now on in person, cause that's pretty ridiculous, it was the first time we had paid it through our online bill pay, and never again, i couldn't believe it, so yea luckily tomorrow is pay day, but it still sucks i had to miss the meeting, oh well, there's always next month.
Monday i went to the gym and the pool was closed, so a 45 minute drive to find out the pool was closed was pretty dang annoying, but i was already planning on trying the elliptical that day, and i did, and i was able to do it for 15 minutes, which 60 pounds heavier i was only able to do it for 30 seconds and then my legs went into spasms, but this time i was able to do 15 minutes and was really wobbly went i got off, and wobbly for the rest of the day, and then the next day i woke up barely able to walk, today was a little better though, still a bit sore but not as bad, I'm still gonna try it again on Friday, tomorrow the pool is closed for cleaning so I'm not gonna drive all that way again just to do 15 min elliptical.

New Hair Cut and Ears Pierced
Well Yesterday we had a family BBQ, it was me, my husband, my stepson, and my husbands parents. We invited my brother in law and his fiancee too, but they couldn't make it cause they had a graduation or something to go to. Well we had a nice time, There was lots of food, and i didn't feel deprived at all, i had just a little bit of everything, and then after we all went to see kung fu panda 2, luckily we were the first ones to see that movie so we got the best seats and then people starting filling the place up. After the movie i got my ears re pierced because they had closed up on me, and then me and my husband both got haircuts, i got mine a little above my shoulders, its really cute.
Today I went to the pool with my mother in law and my step son and we had a lot of fun, we all played races who could swim or walk across the pool to the other side the fastest, it was fun and definitely a good workout.
Oh and i realized that i don't mind sharing with perfect strangers that i had the sleeve surgery, yesterday i told the lady that cut my hair i just lost more then 60 pounds so i needed a change, and i told her i had the sleeve surgery, and then today when i went to lunch with my mother in law and stepson the waitress asked if i didn't like my food cause i didn't eat very much, so i told her i had the sleeve surgery so I'm not able to eat very much. I've read a lot of people don't really like sharing that information with strangers, but i don't mind, I'm perfectly fine telling people i had the sleeve, and i don't see why not, I'm proud i had it, I'm giving myself a second chance at life having the sleeve. I'm a sleever and I'm proud. :) And i hope all you fellow sleevers out there are just as proud of your sleeve as i am of mine. :)
This picture is what i wasn't able to finish eating, my husband finished it off for me since he was in the shower while we were eating this was his first plate of food.
These are strawberry canoli's i made for the BBQ got the recipe on theworldaccordingtoeggface blog.
This pic is of my new haircut.

5 Weeks Post op and other stuff
5 Weeks ago today I had My gastric Sleeve Surgery. There have been some rough patches, I haven't lost the hunger at all, I"m like always hungry, and it sucks sooooo much. Oh and I happen to be allergic to either my favorite protein powder (click) that I've found so far, or to the yummy Carmel (torani sugar free) syrup I add to it, not sure, and not sure when I'm going to test them separately to see if i have a reaction. I tried this new Protein powder today called turbo chocolate platinum hydro whey, it actually tasted decent, but unfortunately gave me a really bad stomach ache and made me extremely nauseated, luckily i didn't drink very much before i got the stomach problems. I have several samples of different protein powders and that was one of them, so luckily i don't have a big container of the stuff. I'm keeping track of which ones i like, hate, or don't make me feel to good.
Went to the gym yesterday and did water aerobics for about 45 minutes or so, was going to go again today but unfortunately when we got home last night we came home to a hot house, our ac was busted so today we had to wait around at home all day for the ac people to come look at it and ended up having to spend about a little under 300 on it, which uggggg we don't have right now, well we luckily did only because i hadn't paid mortgage yet, but I'll be able to pay that on Thursday, but that 300 dollars was suppose to go to get a new lawnmower Thursday, our 1 and a half acres is growing like crazy, haven't had a lawnmower in a long time, but hopefully we'll still be able to get one soon... but any extra money we had we were going to put towards our minivan cause that eats away all our money, at 700 a month, so we got it down some, and we should hopefully have it paid off this year if nothing else breaks, so yea the extra money we were going to be putting on the van went to the ac being fixed and to the lawnmower, so that sucks.
Oh and also you'd think being 60 pounds lighter would give me more energy, but no, my back kills me when i do anything, just doing dishes, or sitting, or standing or cooking, uggg, my lower back just hurts, and my left hip, and my left leg, and my legs feel wobbly or something when i walk, its weird, maybe my thyroid levels are off again i know that causes me all kinds of pains and problems, but luckily today i went in for blood tests for my thyroid so I'll hear back from my doctor soon.

My Gastric Sleeve Journey Video 4 May 14, 2011 and itchy hives
Well this will be my fourth video blog, I think i'm getting a little better at these things. I have a fifth that i made today, think I'll wait a day or two before i post it though.
Oh I had a protein shake this morning, mixed in it this coffee protein drink from walmart, and a scoop of click protein powder and torani carmel syrup, and ended up with hives all over, itching like crazy and feeling like needles are poking me all over the place, still feel it and its been a couple hours, it really sucks. I don't think it was from the click, cause i had that like 3 days in a row a few days ago and don't remember any misserable side effects like this. I think it might be from the coffee protein drink from walmart, probably allergic to one of their preservatives or something, i don't know, all i know is i'm throwing the rest of that stuff out.

Size 28 Blue Jeans and cancer sucks
Well damn it to all hell.......my blog from yesterday got deleted this sucks.....it was titled size 28 blue jeans and cancer sucks, and i'm not gonna remember everything i wrote so i'm upset about this.
Well yesterday I tried on some Size 28 blue jeans, I had tried them on saturday too, but they didn't fit yet, still needed a couple inches, well i hadn't lost any pounds since saturday but i decided to try the pants on anyways, and yay they fit...so i still lost some inches even though no pounds....finally today i lost a pound though so i'm happy, my body was probably just adjusting to eating solids.
The other thing that i wrote about was well cancer, my great aunt who went into surgery to remove her cancer about the same time i had my sleeve surgery just found out she has 3 different types of cancers, and one of them is apparantly hereditary and rare, so the entire family needs to be tested for this cancer ugggg, I had so much more written and i don't remember any of it, this really does suck...had pics too.... :(

update on my first attempt at making "bites"
Recipes for "bites" can be found at http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/
Ok well this was my first attempt at making bites, and um well they smelled pretty good while cooking, but i did a few things wrong......but you gotta attempt it a few times to make it right i guess....that's how life works.
Well first I should have this is a must.....drained (or used a paper towel to soak up cause not really anything to actually drain) the dang sausage....cause it was pretty oily...next time I'm going to use a leaner meat for sure..like sand which meat lean cut of ham or something like that would be good, prolly shouldn't be having sausage anyways....but it sounded good with the egg bites....but i was pretty lazy :( my back started hurting a bit cause i was doing dishes and then started cooking so instead of draining the sausage i let it sit there to cool....uggg.....my bad. Well also didn't have shredded cheese so i just chopped up some cheddar and yea shredded prolly woulda worked better...it was extremely cheesy I'll tell you that, but that really added to the oily factor on top of the sausage, not to mention spraying the muffin pan with the olive oil non stick spray added more oily....fun...messy :( I'm really not that great when it comes to cooking, i either have a disaster or something that's i guess somewhat edible. Sometimes i can make pretty yummy things, just trial and error i guess. Well also remember the paper muffin cups....don't use those with the egg bites, ewww it just made even more of a mess for me to clean, woulda been better off just cooking them straight in the pan then in the muffin cups, but again...live and learn....:) So i pretty much ended up with a greasy mess to clean up, but the eggbites turned out pretty tasty, and these were made in mini muffin tin not full size muffin tin, and i was only able to eat 1 and i felt full. Oh and i have pictures yay :) I just tallied up my calories for today so far on www.myfitnesspal.com and I've only had 299 calories, and 23 grams of protein, so i should probably add another shake today or some protein ice cream.
Oh i thought I'd add that last pic because I'm adding pics of all my furry babies, so far I've introduced you to Skaro and Daisy, well this one is Waffle, she's my stepson Brandon's dog, she was one of the ones Skaro got pregnant. :)

Lonely today and yummy protein powder finally and other stuff....
Well today was my first day in 3 weeks being completely alone other then my furry family. My mom was here with me for three weeks, and my dad was here one of those weeks and my husband was with me for 2 weeks, my parents left Friday just in time for my husband to be with me for the weekend, so today is truly my first alone day in 3 weeks. I got a little depressed, and sad and lonely earlier, but it'll get better. I'm already feeling alot better actually. I found a yummy protein shake that i actually like, the click protein powder, its coffee flavored and super yummy, its a bit strong for me, but i just add a little extra milk/water and then add some sugar free zero calorie Carmel flavored torani syrup and it taste just like a Carmel frappachino from Starbucks, yum oh....i got super hyper after drinking it, and did some exercises, just random little exercises, didn't time it or anything, just did them till i felt OK that's enough.....so couldn't really go that long, but that's OK, cause gotta start somewhere.
What I've eaten so far today, breakfast i had one frozen gogurt yummo.....thanks sexypoet for the suggestion. Tried the fruit punch flavor and the strawberry watermelon both really yummy. been drinking my water of course, always have a glass full of ice water with me, and had a click Carmel protein drink for lunch, planning on making some bites from http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/ website, I'm going to make my own variation for dinner tonight/breakfast for tomorrow. I'll let you all know how they turn out....:)
Here's a pic of my Husband who I love so much, but can be a really big pain in my butt at times. :)
Here's two of my furry babies, more pics to come soon. The black and white Boston terrier is Skaro named after my husbands favorite show doctor who, its some planet or something in the show not sure what exactly, but i thought it was a good name for him. And then the brown one over there biting herself is one of my baby girls, her name is Daisy, she was already named when we got her, she was the first dog we got as a couple, I had another dog before her named Dolly she was my baby girl my everything, she saved my life, unfortunately she developed back problems and we lost her last year, and that's when skaro came into our lives, he was in a pound about to be put down and we took him into our home.....and then he ended up getting two of our girls pregnant, so we ended up with 15 puppies, it was crazy, we only ended up loosing one, and we kept 2 of the puppies one from each mommy, and the rest we took to a no kill shelter, unfortunately our carpet and hallway walls will never be the same :( we have to replace the carpet with linoleum or tile or something and fix a hole in the wall the puppies made, but first we have to save for my hubby to have his sleeve surgery. As much damage as the puppies caused I still think it was worth it adopting him, and keeping my two girls from his litters.....I love all my furry babies so much, they all mean the world to me. One of the mommy's is blind and kind of slow but she was the best mother those puppies could have she took such good care of her babies, it was so special, i missed the birth of her first one, she ended up having it on one of my chairs in the living room while i was in my bedroom, i felt bad for not being with her, poor girl, she was there whimpering and holding her baby and all the other dogs were around her just watching, and i got her and put her in her area for her to have her babies, and it was so neat, she actually took that first baby and put it into my hands so she could give birth to the second one, it was so special. She is a very loving dog and loves giving hugs, she really loved my mom alot during the time she was here.
